Bridging the Gap is a 30 minute virtual get together for socialization, meeting new friends, and sharing ideas.
You will have the opportunity as a member to host a meeting and share some of your own experiences/ideas.

This group offers support and education for women and men who have been diagnosed with breast cancer or are survivors of breast cancer. There are two groups: 6:00 – 7:00 pm is for Metastatic Breast Cancer and 7:00 – 8:00 pm for all those who have been diagnosed with breast cancer and those who are surviving breast cancer.

Chair Yoga is a virtual yoga class for all.
It is facilitated by Sandy Weiss, who has been practicing yoga for over 19 years and teaches hatha yoga, where her focus is on using your breathing, maintaining strength, and relaxing your body.

Living with chronic pain can be isolating. Connecting with others who understand and accept the complex ways that chronic pain impacts everything in life. This group is for people who live with chronic pain on a daily basis, their family, and friends and is an important part of healing. If you or someone you know suffers with chronic pain of any kind, we invite you to join us.
The Teen and Parent groups meet on the 2nd Saturday of each month from 10:00 AM – 11:30 AM.
