Program: We will bring in the new year with health in mind! Join us for social time and a hands-on session of chair yoga to help us learn some new skills we can use every day! Our instructor will be Elaine Lang. Elaine has been practicing yoga since 2016. A recovering bookworm, she credits her love of yoga to her supportive teachers and their encouragement to try various yoga: ashtanga, yin, flow, and even heated classes. This chair yoga class is the perfect introduction for beginners or a relaxed session for seasoned practitioners. Before she retired, she taught and was an administrator at Northwest Vista College. *******************************************************************************************
