Jeffrey A. McCracken ChSNC, LUTCF, FSCP is a Special Needs Planner with Capital Strategies. He will share information important to creating a Life Care Plan, including Letter of Intent, during this presentation.

Jeff McCracken has been a Financial Services Provider for over 27 years. During that time he has worked with businesses, families, professionals, and non-profits to help provide them with the insight to the value of identifying goals, quantifying those goals and then implementing strategies and products to help reach those goals. Jeff is a Charted Special Needs Consultant and helps families with disabled dependents asses the necessary planning and strategy and product implementation to ensure sustained financial support for the life of the dependent. He is a father, husband, hiker, cyclist, camper, and photographer.
