Speaker Kerri Carr holds a Master’s of Science in Rehabilitation Counseling. For over 23 years, she has conducted outreach primarily in rural communities and served as a legal rights advocate for individuals with disabilities, conducting investigations, negotiations, and providing training to community partners and individuals with disabilities. She will give an overview of Disability Rights Texas services.
